氟铝酸钾铝钎剂，其化学分子式为K1-3AL4-6,

产品应用：

脱脂、清洗、除油：

目的是除去铝材部件表面油污及杂质，使铝材部件表面具有浸润性。目前主要方法有水熔液清洗、化学清洗和加热清洗。

添加钎剂：

其主要目的是去除铝表面的氧化膜、促进钎料顺畅流动、在钎焊过程中防止表面再度氧化。根据钎剂颗粒分布范围可分两种添加方法：湿喷、干喷。钎焊只需少量的钎剂5g/m，以上两种方法都能满足要求。喷撒钎剂后，部件需进入干燥炉干燥，温度通常在200℃左右，应小心防止热交换器过热，因过热（即250℃）可能会导致铝表面形成高温氧化物，这些氧化物很难被SUKOVAY®钎剂去除,干燥过程主要是去除钎剂中所含的水分。

钎焊过程：

加热阶段：部件经过干燥炉进入钎焊炉，加热温度从110℃上升到565℃；

钎剂熔融：除去铝材表面氧化物阶段，温度范围在565℃~570℃之间；

钎焊段：钎焊材料熔融，焊接面成焊缝，温度范围在577℃~605℃之间；

冷却段：焊缝固化，钎剂固化并留在部件表面。

白色粉末状，主要化学成份为KF-AlF3二元系低共晶点组成；无毒无味、无污染，长期存放不吸潮，不变质

应用于高频加热下的不锈钢锅覆底钎焊及铝波导钎焊、铝-铝、铝-铝合金、铝-不锈钢等钎焊中，广泛用于汽车铝质热交换器、中冷器、水箱、冷凝器、蒸发器和加热器散热部件等。

钎剂可以完全熔化，且清亮透明，并可清除铝表面的氧化膜；扩散迅速，漫流均匀，渗透性强，润湿工艺性能良好；焊接表面光洁，不留残渣，不发黑，不用清洗；焊接后在产品表面形成均匀的薄膜，无腐蚀性，具有良好的防腐性
